Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who is a strong team player to support our client during their peak season. The right person for this position will be well organized, enjoys going above and beyond for a customer, and is reliable and hardworking. The chosen candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Communicating with customers via phone, fax, email, and chat regarding orders
  • Utilize independent and responsible decision making skills to support the customer in a timely fashion
  • Provide appropriate responses to customers and be knowledgeable of when to escalate concerns to management when necessary
  • Familiarize yourself with and accurately and efficiently utilize company software
  • Exercising sales approaches when promoting other products and services for every customer transaction
  • Work and communicate with various departments to fulfill customer orders in a timely fashion
  • Other duties that may be assigned by management
