Our Customer Service Representatives answer incoming calls from customers of our large clients; including resolving any services received that is considered below expectations. This role is primarily to actively listen and discover opportunities to retain the customer through special offers only available in Retention. Our agents utilize their sales skills to help meet our clients' needs, as well as the needs of their customers.

Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Follow a Sales Methodology to uncover customer needs and match appropriate products and services to the needs.



  • Enter validated rate and service codes and any additional installation supporting information



  • Accountability for measured results in order volume, accuracy, and quality.



  • Remain current on changes in the service pricing and procedures, order entry process, and sales promotions through completion of the required/recommended training programs.



Our successful representatives have the following skills:

  • Great listening skills to help better understand customer needs.

  • Confidence in up selling additional products and/or services.

  • Multitasking with efficiency

  • Great communication, both over the phone, as well as in writing.

  • Above-average computer skills, as this position requires access to multiple systems



Preferred skills:

  • At least one year experience in a sales environment.

  • At least 6 months call center experience
