Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible to provide extraordinary service to customers and clients
  • Research customer concerns and take accountability through resolution.
  • Escalate customer complaints and feedback to management as required.
  • Achieve and maintain department productivity and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Complete all assigned project work qualitatively and in a timely manner.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while at times acting as a team player

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Customer centric focus.
  • Sound problem resolution and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast past environment.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work with attention to detail.
