Customer Service Job Duties:
- answering incoming phone calls from clients regarding order status and product questions
- entering customer information into the system
- developing samples and customized proofs for clients using Adobe Photoshop
- providing price quotes and estimates
Job Requirements:
- 2 years experience in customer service role
- highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- excellent customer service mindset
- strong communication skills
- stable work history
- ok working in a smaller office
- Strong computer skills. 1 year Adobe Photoshop experience required.

$16-$18 hr to start.
