Job Description



We are looking to employ Customer Service Agent for our client in Miami Lakes.
Hours of operation: 9AM-7PM, M-F (1 Saturday of the month as well)
Pay Rate: $12 per hour
Job Description:
  • Respond to inquiries via live chat at the customer's request
  • Direct consumers through the correct troubleshooting procedure should a conflict arise
  • Inform customers of the most up to date products and plans if requested to do so
  • Ability to work with several screens at once with multiple chats open (5-10 chats at a time)
  • Effective written communication skills and techniques
  • Multi tasking position that requires specific attention to detail in each chat or phone conversation with the customers

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Chat experience is PREFERRED
  • Your residence MUST be located in or near Hialeah/Miami Lakes
  • At least one year of sales and customer service experience via live chat, strong emphasis in healthcare is preferred
  • Prior Customer Service experience either in person or telephone/Chat-based service including consultative sales
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer support
  • Excellent communication, analytical, listening and organizational skills
  • Ability to support multiple customers simultaneously
