Job Description

We are looking to interview Customer Service candidates for our clients in Boca to Fort Lauderdale.
Hours of operation: 8AM-6PM, M-F, Some Weekends (Temp to hire)
Pay Rate: $11-14 per hour (Depending on client)

Job Description:

  • Provide customer users with technical solutions.
  • Analyze user behavior, content suitability and relevance to determine their effect on user satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction.
  • Influence the way we assist our users and improve that process to make sure our customers' experience is the best possible.
  • Work in tandem with other departments and product teams, and coordinate with them about our customers' needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least a high school diploma
  • Being bilingual is NOT a requirement
  • Must have at least 2 to 3 years of customer service experience before applying to this position
  • Must be professional and punctual
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
