Customer Service Rep - Job Responsibilities

  • Effectively identify customers' needs and address concerns in a timely manner
  • Multitask to manage inbound calls while entering data into computer system
  • Build relationships with customers and prospective customers
  • Maintain records of conversation in company system

Customer Service Rep - Job Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a call center
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English with verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess a pleasant telephone demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced enviornment
  • Ability to type 30 WPM with minimum error rate
  • Insurance-related experience preferred

Additional Details

  • Pay Rate - $10 Per Hour
  • Work Hours - Afternoon/evening shifts with required rotating Saturdays.
  • Mandatory training (Paid) - 9am - 5:30pm
