Job Description


We have a client in the Southlake area looking for 3 people that have customer service, general office skills and are bilingual (conversational) in Spanish. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a direct connection for a variety of customer inquiries including services and products along with acquisition and contracts. This CSR position requires customer service experience, outstanding communication skills as well as strong administrative clerical skills. This position is in a call center setting.

Job Responsibilities:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will handle a variety of customer inquiries ranging from simple to complex. The Call Center CSR may also provide analysis of data, quality improvement activities, oversight of Frequently Asked Questions, and procedural documents.

Specific Call Center Customer Service Representative duties:

  • Providing direct customer support, through phone and email inquiries
  • Providing reports regarding customer inquiries
  • Responding to all Customer Inquiries
  • Submitting all requests for website updates
  • Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction and adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information



Job Requirements:
For this Call Center CSR position we are seeking multiple business-minded, self-motivated and polished individuals who are comfortable and poised in a variety of business settings.

Specific Customer Service Rep requirements:

  • Customer Service experience in a Call Center setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish (conversational) is a PLUS!
  • Microsoft Office experience (specifically Outlook, Excel)
  • Data Management and Database Management capabilities
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Analytical / critical thinking skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to resolve conflict
  • Experience trouble-shooting and prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Flexibility in schedule, 8 hour shift between 8 am and 8 pm (this position may require some weekend work).
