Job Description

Customer Service / Order Processing Representative position available with a fun and dynamic company!

Job Duties:

. Provide customer service support to accounts
. Receive orders from clients via email, phone and fax
. Answer questions regarding price quotes, order changes, adjustments, or cancellations
. Confirm inventory and give shipping date/status to customers
. Track orders
. Act as a liaison with internal and external contacts to expedite orders and meet deadlines
. Provide the best service possible to customers
