Are you seeking a customer service opportunity with supervisory duties in Denver? If so, we are excited to inform you that our client is looking to hire a customer service lead professional ASAP!
Responsibilities:

  • Analyze reports making sure orders are shipped in a timely manner as well as accurate
  • Resolve escalated customer problems and find solutions
  • Work with other departments including Warehouse, Sales, and Upper Management to prioritize and coordinate plans to address any issues or improve upon processes
  • Lead a team of 2 or 3 within your customer service division
  • Research shipping and order issues to resolve problems, ensuring timely communication for our customers


Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years managing staff, planning
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Customer service experience, with admin/clerical
  • Detail-orientated; great organization
  • Little to no supervision needed, comfortable working independently
  • Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience is a plus
