Customer Service Representative - Client Support - Admin Clerical

Job Description

Staffing Now is seeking Customer Service Representatives for an excellent opportunity with one of our clients. The Customer Service Representative serves as a direct connection for a variety of customer inquiries including assisting with registration, password resets and much more. This customer service position requires outstanding communication skills, strong administrative clerical skills & great technological skills.

Specific Customer Service Rep duties:
* Providing direct customer support, through phone and email inquiries
* Responding to all Customer Inquiries in a professional & friendly manner
* Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's request; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction and adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Specific Customer Service Rep requirements:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Customer service experience
* Good interpersonal skills
* Analytical / critical thinking skills
* Ability to resolve conflict
* Experience trouble-shooting

Must be available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm

$11-14/hour
