Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! In this role we are looking for someone who will assist our commercial customers by handling incoming calls for service and efficiently respond to their service issues by scheduling technicians. The chosen candidate must have strong phone skills and great customer service skills. MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
