SNI Companies has an exciting opportunity available with one of our best clients in the Oak Brook area. Our client is looking to add an exceptional Customer Service Agent to their team. This isn't your typical Customer Service role, however. Our client is focused on giving their customers the best customer experience. To be successful in this role, the Customer Service Representative will:

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative role include:
* Prior Customer Service Experience
* Proven work ethic
* A desire and passion for a job well done

Responsibilities included:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls, order entry, previous office support a plus
* Engaging customers, making them feel valued and confirming their orders
* Excellent communication skills with a professional speaking voice
* Demonstrated record of excellent attendance and punctuality
* Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
* Previous inbound sales and/or inbound problem solving in a call center is a plus
