Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has an immediate opening for a bilingual customer service professional working with our client in Broomfield, CO. Responsibilities of the position includes:

  • Handling customer calls regarding their account status and collecting payment
  • Investigating billing and invoice errors
  • Update contact information
  • Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of high volume customer service (inbound or outbound calls)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English
  • Typing Speed of 25+wpm
  • Basic to intermediate skills using client database


Other:

  • Terms: Contract to Hire
  • Shift: 11 am to 8:00 pm (Must be available from 8 am to 5 pm for training)
  • Starting Pay: $15.00 an hour (Rate increase if hired permanently)
  • Background check and drug testing requirements prior to starting
