Customer Care Specialist needed for for excellent pharmaceutical company in Princeton New Jersey area- This position shift is 11:00 am - 8:00 pm -

  • Building customer loyalty by providing outstanding customer support
  • Answering calls quickly, professionally and accurately
  • Listening intently to our customers
  • Funneling customer voiced concerns and suggestions throughout the company
  • Handling incoming calls from customers
  • Processing customer orders/requests in a timely and accurately manner
  • Processing credit card payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Documenting customer records in ERP system
  • Demonstrating impressive professional and courteous customer service
  • Providing outstanding product knowledge and effective follow through
  • Using team and communication skills to handle requests
  • Researching problems, identifying problem sources and resolves issues
  • Following policies and procedures for order entry
  • Recommending procedural changes to improve service and efficiency


  • College Degree a Plus
  • 2+ years experience in a pharmaceutical customer service position
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
