Job Description

SNI Companies is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a client in the Oviedo area. This opportunity is contract to hire and offers room for advancements.
The schedule is Monday- Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM
Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
  • Follow up on web requests
  • Respond and resolve customer issues by clarifying the complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution
  • Maintain call log using software platform
  • Prepare customer service reports by collecting and analyzing information

Required Skills:

  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in use of personal computer and corresponding programs
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products (word, Excel, PowerPojnt, Outlook)

The starting pay is $15 per hour.
