Job Description

We are looking to place Credit Consumer Reporter candidates for our client in Des Moines, Iowa:

Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $15 per hour
Job Description:

• Complete investigations and issues to update or correct reports to clients
• Contact consumers via telephone, update trade information and contact sources for trade and employment verifications
• Call creditors, interview borrowers when necessary, contact landlords for rental verifications and/or contact the client when necessary

Requirements:

• MUST PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST
• Must have basic customer service experience (1-2 years)
• Must be proficient with basic computer and typing Skills
