Corporate Recruiter
One of the fastest growing auto finance groups in North Texas is searching for an experience recruiter with a background in auto finance, sales and collections recruiting to join their growing talent acquisition team in the mid-cities area. * Create job postings that are articulate, professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates, posting these ads on various online and offline resources
* Meet with applicants to discuss the position and to screen them for suitability, including conducting background checks and verification.
* Seek out candidates through networking, social media and other tactics to hunt out the top people to fill open positions
* Serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions and other details before and after interviews
* Establish and maintain active working relationships with colleges, universities, and technical schools to aggressively recruit and build a pipeline of qualified talent.
* Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss need.
* Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
* Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
* Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
* Develop, implement, maintain, and enhance a recruiting strategy to create a pipeline of Best in Class candidates for various positions across multiple companies. Key types of positions include sales consultants, technicians, service advisors, management roles, and all other dealership and office roles.
* Coordinate and attend job fairs, recruiting fairs, and other recruiting events.

Job Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience working in the automotive sector or recruiting in high volume sales/auto collections environment strongly preferred.
* An understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws required.
* Strong organization, interpersonal, communication, analytical and time management skills required.
* Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, internet- based recruiting resources
* Ability to maintain a consistently fast-pace in hiring quality candidates
