SNI Companies is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Corporate Executive Recruiter to support recruitment efforts at Corporate in Jacksonville
Key Responsibilities:

  • The Strategic sourcing specialist will be responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy for a variety of senior technical, leadership and key roles.
  • Help to define, design and implement strategic sourcing programs and search engagements for a variety of senior roles. This includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Leader to design and execute talent engagement strategies for Director, Market Leader and VP-level roles across Technical and Business (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal) service lines within Corporate
  • Partner with senior leadership to conduct launch meetings, create robust position and candidate specifications, and qualify and present leadership candidates.
  • Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns.
  • Support an exemplary candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidates to determine appropriate next steps.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field of study
  • Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle executive level and leadership recruiting experience with technical disciplines; Experience in the professional services industry is highly desirable
  • Proven experience sourcing, identifying and engaging passive Director and VP-level candidates
  • Experience using talent and market insights and data to influence senior level audiences.
  • Knowledge of core functions of engineering, product and design organization.
  • Ability to understand & interpret complex business needs and business structures.
  • Forward thinkers and creative minds are welcome. Proven strategic recruitment experience - including sourcing and developing talent pipelines with a non-traditional recruitment focus is highly desirable
  • Outstanding teamwork and multitasking skills. Ability to thrive and prioritize in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Previous experience using and maintaining an electronic based applicant tracking system
  • Excellent time management with the ability to remain organized in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to take direction and work well independently
