JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary

The Corporate Recruiter will partner with managers to develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies, striving to bring the best people to fill the company's needs. Fulfill the tactical objectives through hiring and retaining employees by seeking out professionals with the right combination of experience, education and skill-sets to fill a specific position; working with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and write job descriptions. Identify recruiting opportunities by researching new sources for talent, cultivating relationships with industry professionals and networking with college placement officers and staffing company personnel; aligning the hiring process, beginning with identifying qualified applicants, screening applicants and interviewing potential hires, followed by making recommendations, writing offer letters, conducting reference checks and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications
Experience working with federal government contracts staffing required.
Credentialing experience required.
Full cycle recruiting required.
Knowledge in healthcare, medical, general admin. support staffing.
Position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. Thorough knowledge of all relevant federal and state laws that govern recruitment and selection decisions (i.e., interviewing, reference checking, etc.).


  • Experience with behavioral interviewing, selective questioning, and reference-checking techniques.Thorough knowledge of job duties, required skills and competencies for each position in the company.Strong time management, follow-through and organizational skills.Good customer service skills. Presents positive and professional image of the company in the community.Good business writing skills and verbal communication skills. Appropriate tact in communicating with candidates and recruiters.Resolves problems or determines an appropriate course of action in a timely manner.Ability to multi-task, handle large volumes of exempt and non-exempt openings quickly.Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in own work to ensure high-level of quality.Responds well to management direction, yet is resourceful in creating solutions and ideas to improve the recruiting function.



  • Good proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Comfortable with use of database management tools

    .Education and Experience
    Preferred Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or related field.
    A minimum of three to five years of recruiting experience with previous high-volume recruitment in healthcare, recruiting required.
    Previous experience utilizing the internet, databases, applicant tracking systems, search engines and social media to source active and passive candidates.
