Job Description


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


I. Saving current customer agreements.
* Work with disgruntled customers to resolve problems and save business.
* Work with internal functional heads to follow-up on agreed customer actions and problem repairs.
* Work with external Sales department to coordinate "larger" business saves.
* Think proactively using business findings to troubleshoot future potential problems and correct before business is lost or threatened.
* Delivers legendary customer service by efficiently researching and resolving invoice inquiries related to plan types and services provided.
* Utilizes strengths in critical thinking and attention to detail to quickly identify anomalies and understand their root causes
* Relies upon the ability to think outside the box to offer creative solutions to identified problems
* Able to articulate a solid understanding of the inventory system and how it relates to and posts to the General Ledger
* Accurately and thoroughly processes customer credits due by following account management guidelines and established Best Practices
* Demonstrates strength in communicating with customers to quickly obtain pertinent account information and to gain a thorough understanding of the inquiry in order to determine the best course of action
* Meticulously researches account history and utilizes all available resources and tools to see the "whole picture"
* Confidently identifies resolutions which balance the customer's needs and the business needs and creates thorough documentation for each case
* Reflects core values in every interaction and projects a positive attitude


QUALIFICATIONS:

I. Read/Comprehend
* Read, analyze, and interpret customer invoices, business letters, instructions, and communications of all types.
* Absorb key elements of material and understand well enough to internalize.
* Proficient using Internet, MS Excel, and Outlook

II. Communicate
*Ability to craft verbal and written communications to precisely convey with external and internal customers.
* Effectively present information to individuals and small groups over the telephone and face to face.
* Proficient computer skills. MS office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
III. Respond/Follow-Up
* Strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work on multiple initiatives at once.
* Possess a strong customer service sense.
* A drive to win, with winning defined as delivery of personal objectives while maintaining satisfied, happy customers with each engagement.

EXPERIENCE:
* Previous sales and/or customer service experience a plus.


INTERACTION:
* This position will interact primarily with customers, but also with multiple levels and functions inside the company.
