Job Description

SNI has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Contract Administrator for one of the top companies to work for in the Las Colinas area. The Contract Administrator is responsible for assisting clients and ensuring the integrity of all contracts throughout the life of the contract life-cycle.

  • Monitors the automatic contract / funding loaders to ensure timely processing and data integrity
  • Researches and resolves all loading errors
  • Actively reduces the number of exceptions
  • Provides daily status update on volumes processed / new business and cancellations
  • Contract Review of all contracts received from clients for approval or rejection
  • Provide client support via phone, email and internal requests
  • Handle incoming calls / emails in a timely manner and responds to internal and external client inquiries regarding their contract and statement.
  • Assist in reviewing all cancellations
  • Accurately capture customer information, and records details of customer inquiries, comments, complaints and details of actions taken.
  • Assist with month end close
  • Maintain product knowledge for line of business while expanding into other lines.


  • Minimum of two years prior administrative and customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multi-task and successfully work in a fast-paced, team-work centric, self-directed environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • AS400 experience preferred.

Compensation for this role will be $16-$17.50/hr depending on experience. Apply immediately for consideration!
