Job Description


:
Collaborating with Commercial Operations leadership, will apply technology to support business process workflows related to Contracts, Sales and Marketing. Support the analysis, building, testing, implementation, training and on-going support of the RTG CRM and Contracts Management system. This role will focus on support of the CRM automation tool, and the analysis and execution of customer data.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Acts as a subject matter expert in supporting the streamlined application life cycle (analyze, build, test, implement, train and support) of RTG Salesforce/Apttus system related to Contracts, Sales and Marketing

*Leads the initiatives with the IT team and user community to identify their business requirements; analyze business processes; analyze source data; produce functional specifications, data flows and business rules; and lead the implementation of those specifications
*Understands Salesforce.com functional capabilities and basic configuration, including changes and potential system implications related to the Salesforce.com release upgrades, and provides support by identifying, logging, tracking, resolving and escalating all incoming user incidents
*Communicates regularly with the Salesforce.com super users and end users to support them in their role and provide information and training on new features and functionality.
*Must be very pro-active, have initiative and ability to reach out to ensure tasks and deliverables are met, risks and mitigation strategies uncovered. Communicate with confidence, build relationships through inspiring trust and sharing information and be able to challenge assumptions
*Support and coordinate new and ongoing communications including development, test and implementation plans for solution and implement fixes
*Manage the prioritization and implementation of SFDC and Apttus enhancements and fixes
*Analyze and implement requested changes to existing Salesforce standard configuration including but not limited to the personal page layouts, custom fields, email and mail merge templates, list views, reports, dashboards, folder permissions, navigation, workflow alerts, automated notifications
*Responsible for Maintaining updated system documentation and Salesforce.com policies/procedures
*Provide ongoing troubleshooting of production issues as required. Research transactional and reporting issue, identify root cause and drive resolution to prevent repeat occurrences
*Monitors, reviews and identifies areas within application that can be enhanced to increase efficiency and productivity
*Drive excellence in leveraging the CRM automation tool to create best in class customer experiences by collaborating with IT, Contracts, Marketing and Sales leadership
*Maintains at least high-level familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities and scope definition in order to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points.
*Has wide-ranging experience and uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters.
*Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
*Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead). Networks with key contacts outside of area of expertise.
*Provides assistance to other staff with complex tasks that require considerable judgment and initiative.
*May escalate difficult/complex issues to supervisor/manager for resolution, as deemed necessary.
*Mentor other staff as applicable.
*Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations.
*Assist with various projects as assigned by a direct supervisor.
*Other duties as assigned.

Pays 50 an hour contract until September
