Job Description


SNI Companies is seeking a high volume Contract Recruiter to join our National Recruiting Team located in Jacksonville, FL.


The Contract Recruiter will be working full-time onsite at our Jacksonville location and responsible for assisting the National Recruiting Team in sourcing, screening, and submitting top quality candidates to hiring managers for consideration of open job requisitions. Qualified candidates will be adept at implementing innovative sourcing strategies in order to develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.


Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Source high quality passive, active and diversified professionals utilizing all available digital, online marketing and professional networking tools. Responsible to build and sustain ongoing relationships with qualified candidates and referral partners.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that align with current and future staffing needs.
  • Utilizes ATS to track and maintain up-to-date candidate profile and application information.
  • Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable.
  • Creates job descriptions, marketing campaigns
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in high volume corporate and/or agency recruiting and sourcing. Financial Service, Banking and/or Mortgage industry experience is preferred.
  • Proven success in deadline driven Passive Candidate sourcing and talent pipeline building utilizing industry accepted referral and networking methods with minimal reliance on job boards and resume databases.
  • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all level of business professionals. Strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Sound professional judgment and decision making in a high volume and deadline driven recruiting environment.
  • Above average computer knowledge and utilization, including Microsoft Office, and all applicable recruiting industry online tools job boards and candidate resume databases, and various social media platforms.
  • Strong online research skills to include staying up-to-date on current employment and candidate market trends.
  • Self-Driven, highly motivated individual


Monday - Friday , 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm
Southside of Jacksonville
Hourly pay weekly, compensation depends on experience
