Job Description

We are looking for a Contact Admin to support our client, who is a mid-sized company. The right person for this position will have an incredibly strong attention to detail, works well in a fast-paced environment, exceptional coordination and previous consulting experience. The chosen candidate for this position will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Act as the main point of contact for the client for assigned contract
  • Seeing through the contract life cycle from beginning to end
  • Prepare and organize necessary agreements
  • Perform all aspects of the contract process including reviewing terms and conditions, pricing spreadsheet, providing information to the client, and invoicing
  • Maintain records and document such as client information, contract changes, and status reports
  • Maintain GSA Contract and prepare quarterly reports
  • Communicate with others to ensure the completion and accuracy of the contract


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and 5+ years of experience
  • Previous experience in a Professional Services firm and Federal service contracts
  • Experience with ERP systems
