Staffing Now has a temp-to-hire opportunity for a Contract Administratir with one of our Miami Dade clients in the Medical Field. Our client has multiple openings in South Miami for Contract Administrators with a contract to hire opportunity.

Description:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years Health Care Supply Chain experience, Healthcare preferred. Educational requirements may be substituted with documented experience in contracting and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Internet, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Must have Microsoft Excel and computer experience.
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of designated BHSF contracts.
  • Makes independent decisions and takes actions involving various degrees of complexity, in the management and analysis of various contracting areas, which have a direct impact on Company's financial well being.
  • Analyzes client department requests, and evaluates justification/input documents submitted by client departments to drive appropriate use of Supply Chain processes.
  • Has a strong working knowledge of technology supporting Supply Chain processes including ERP, Microsoft Office tools, and other systems used to manage and analyze data.
  • Manages a portfolio of BHSF contracts as assigned by management.
  • Responsible for ongoing analysis and review of assigned contracts, including but not limited to.
  • Ongoing review with internal customers.
  • Initiating and leading business reviews with the vendor and BHSF stakeholders.
  • Ensuring data integrity of associated ERP system data.
  • Assures items and commodities are incorporated into a contractual commitment as appropriate to drive best value for the organization.
  • Capable of identifying and analyzing opportunities for standardization and cost savings initiatives.
  • Conducts and analyzes market share.
  • Reviews conversion opportunities with clients.
  • Makes sure cross references used in data for product conversions is accurate.
  • Implements identified savings and communicates to appropriate members of the organization.
  • Based on market share, product market research and other factor, determines appropriate sourcing strategies including GPO, competitive solicitation or direct negotiation, to achieve best-value contracts
