SNI Companies is searching for a Contract Administrator for one of our top Las Colinas Clients. In this position you'll be responsible for processing all departmental transactions. This includes on-boarding of contracts, cancellations, client support and contract review. This is a contract to hire opportunity for a company that offers day 1 benefits, a great culture, and plenty of room for advancement.
Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely manner and respond to internal and external client inquiries regarding contracts
  • Underwriting of contracts for any variances in classing, surcharges, pricing, etc
  • Process all mileage waivers, transfers and changes for contracts
  • Advise claim adjusters of status of contracts when needed
  • Process cancellations from sellers, finance companies as well as consumers including processing refund checks if needed
  • Apply funding as received to contracts either manually or by funding loader
  • Notify call centers of consumer charge-backs and respond to charge-backs for out-of-business call centers
  • Process various spreadsheets for external customers
  • Provide consumer support as it relates to duplicate coverage and payment updates.
  • Assists with month-end close


Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years prior administrative and customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information, acting with ethics and integrity
  • High attention to detail and ability to multi-task and successfully work in a fast-paced, team-work centric, self-directed environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • AS400 experience preferred
