Job Description


SNI is currently looking for a Construction Project Administrator in the Daytona Beach area. You will be responsible for assisting in all project administration and construction projects. As well as assisting with maintaining the local construction permit data program across hundreds of jurisdictions and dozens of national/regional permit aggregation services. They will also process quarterly rebates for builders.
Responsibilities:

  • Review and preparation of contracts for design and construction.
  • Learn about construction permit processes, sources and approaches to data
  • Track project status and process quarterly rebate reports as well as monitor project correspondence.
  • Provide permit data to Sales Reporting team to support market-level reports
  • Coordinate all interactions with the necessary designers, contractors and vendors.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Company personnel, including management.


Qualifications:

  • Two years of previous related experience, construction background preferred
  • Basic understanding of contracts and legal documents required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills required
  • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness required
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Must be proficient in Excel (Advanced)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously


Pay for this position will be $16 - $19 /hr or based on experience.
