SNI Companies is seeking a strong Administrative Assistant with experience in the Construction industry.
Opportunity to advance within the company after completing the contract (4 months)
Job Duties:
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Calendar management/scheduling
- Invoicing
- Working with Accounting Clerk to complete necessary tasks
- Must be able to work at a fast pace, under pressure to meet deadlines
Schedule is Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM
Pay will be based on experience, but will be around $15 per hour.
