Job Description

SNI Companies has an immediate opening for a part time concierge/customer service professional working with our client in the non-profit industry. This role is working on-site and is guest facing.

The position responsibilities include:

• Answers and directs incoming calls
• Serves as a first responder to general questions and business inquiries
• Assists with guest check in and ensure COVID mask requirements are being followed
• Manages queue of guests upon arriving
• Ensure front area and entrance is maintained
• Assist with receiving and recording donations

Qualification:

• 1+ years of client/guest facing customer service
• Must be comfortable working in a pet friendly environment
• Meet background check requirements

Hours:

• Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Saturday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Sunday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm

Pay:

• $15.00 an hour
