COMMERCIAL SPARES SALES MANAGER needed for a manufacturing company outside of Hartford, CT.
Salary: $68,000 - $80,000K
Reporting to Director of Commercial Sales.
Requirements: College Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years).
Travel Required: 1.5 weeks per quarter.
Duties:
Individual will be the primary driver Sales of the Commercial Spares Business with more than 900 SKU's. Put in place a robust bi-weekly collaborative forecasting management model to work for our primary distribution partners. Also need work with our internal Forecasting Tools and Operations to ensure better satisfaction levels from our key e-tailers. Host Quarterly Business Reviews in market with key business partners. Set Days of Supply targeting with all SKU's and a means to manage their turns and sales velocity. This DOS reporting will be critical to the development of this role. Have a strong knowledge of e-commerce and the importance of marketing through this channel. Ultimately, this manager will lead Colt to higher revenues and profit through better demand creation tools.

  • Host QBR's with Key Partners
  • Increase Targeted Revenues and GM's
  • Work as an extension of the Commercial Business Team
  • Fully support and coordinate with the Operations and IT Groups
  • Create and manage Quarterly Pricing Sheets
