UNIVERSITY IN PRINCETON NEEDS TEMPORARY Office Coordinator:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visits and phone calls from undergraduates, parents, and faculty; he/she manages all flow of traffic in the office.
  • The position requires a highly polished and professional demeanor with a focus on service, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.
  • The Coordinator must exercise discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • The Coordinator also performs general support functions for the college such as coordinating meetings; keeping appointment calendars for the dean, director of student life, and director of studies; handling student paperwork; collecting and disseminating information; and completing special projects as assigned.


Position Requires:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with a wide variety of clients
  • Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, IE Explorer
  • Ability to work independently and as a contributing member of a team
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience handling confidential records
  • Experience working in a university context preferred
  • Proficiency with Photoshop and Drupal preferred
