Job Description


SNI Companies has an immediate opening for a Client Processing Specialist. Our client is a National Insurance Company located close to DFW Airport. SNI Companies specialize in matching administrative professionals with the right temporary or full-time job opportunities.

The Client Processing Specialists will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and assisting the office management team as needed. This position is Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (flex time is available hours of operation are 6:30 am to 6:30 pm). It will pay $12.00 an hour and is contract to hire.

Client Processing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
  • Process and record all incoming workflow exceptions within client-maintained survey management platforms
  • Assist with error corrections within client-maintained survey management platforms
  • Follow process and guidelines set by supervisor
  • Quality control duties
