Job Description

Well established Home Care agency that has been providing live-in home care and hourly home care services to thousands of satisfied clients in Connecticut since 1990 is seeking a Care Coordinator/Scheduler to add to their team. This position is currently available due to a growing client base
Primary Responsibilities:

  • scheduling our caregivers with our clients
  • ensuring those matches are a mutual fit and the start of an ongoing relationship.
  • interacting with clients, caregivers, family members, social workers and other referrers over the phone on a daily basis.

Excellent Candidates Will Have the Following:

  • Prior scheduling experience in a fast-paced office (a plus!)
  • Impeccable phone skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

This is a full time temp-to-hire opportunity. The position is benefits eligible with the opportunity for growth and a pay plan that rewards experience.
