Job Description

AMAZING OPPORTUNITY in the Healthcare field!!!! This is a contract to hire position that offers paid training and longevity.

Must have previous customer service experience and/or medical / healthcare experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Performs clerical and customer service functions required to service the needs of the patient, providers and organization.
-Serves as a liaison between patients, nurses, physicians, and others.
-Provides a standard of excellence as it relates to customer service for patients and other customers.
-Maintains patient scheduling and sets patient appointments.
-Answers large call volume of 100+ calls per day in a call center environment


Hours- M-F, must have availability from 7am-7pm, but average shift is 8am-5pm

-Must have perfect attendance for the first 4 months.
-HS Diploma or GED required, AA in Healthcare related field preferred

Pay rate: $11 per hour
