SNI Companies is proud to be working with a growing manufacturing company as they expand into new markets. Our client has been able to see their steady growth thanks in large part to their commitment to quality as well as to their customer base. With that in mind, they are looking to add a Business Development Representative to their team and help them to maintain information and generate qualified leads for their sales team. Our client offers a business relaxed environment as well as opportunities for advancement.

To be successful in this role, the Business Development Representative will:

  • Possess excellent phone skills with a foundation of a solid customer service
  • Make a large volume of outbound calls a day with the intent to update new or existing customer information, establish needs, provide initial quotes on products
  • Field inbound calls to troubleshoot service, product or delivery issues
  • Processing customer orders and providing updates to key stakeholders
  • Make the initial calls to potential new clients
  • Be goal-oriented and driven to see increased sales

Requirements for the Business Development Representative include:
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment making heavy outbound calls
  • General proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook with the ability to type 35 wpm or more
  • Prior B2B sales experience preferred
  • Possess an excellent work ethic and demonstrate punctuality
