SNI Companies has partnered with a health care company in North Dallas seeking a Business Developent Manager with a background in Hospital Administration. This position will be responsible for seeking out and engaging client prospects to generate new business opportunities with potential or active clients. The role will be to develop relationships with healthcare professionals or hospital executives to drive business opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from cold calls and creating marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results driven and have a proven track record developing and maintaining relationships to drive business.


  • Manage sales cycle from lead generation to deal close
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities
  • Contact and source potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Build and maintain relationships on a national level with various health care professionals and executives
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain positive business relationships to identify future opportunity of expanding business
  • Negotiate agreements and write proposals to perspective clients
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
  • Stay up-to-date on all healthcare news and regulations to be well-informed of best practices and changes in the market
  • Supply internal executive team with reporting including client needs, issues, interests and potential for new products and services


  • Proven work experience as Business Development profession, Sales Account Executive or similar role within healthcare industry
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, email marketing and outside sales)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlooks, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Prioritization, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to acquire, retain and explain relevant industry knowledge
  • Ability to effectively communicate and follow up with active and perspective clients or customers
  • Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales and driving or generating revenue
  • Experience with Hospitals or Healthcare Administration is preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and customer service to meet all needs of the client
