Requirements:

  • Sales and/or recruitment experience is required
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment with strong follow-up skills
  • Highly self-motivated, success minded, positive and persistent team player
  • Customer service savvy with a great phone etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task with organizational skills
  • PC familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Internet research skills, data entry skill
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Cold call and develop a pipeline of new clients based on business and product models
  • Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
  • Determine customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales/revenue goals.
  • Manage assigned company-generated leads through to business close.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Open new accounts. Hunt for profitable business that coincides with the company's objectives.
  • Maintain and Manage Accounts. After accounts have been opened the BDR will check in and provide analytical data to adhere to measurement requirements.
  • Customer Service. Ensure that the client is always satisfied with our services, so much so that they offer repeat business.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent inside sales experience. Selling staffing services is a plus.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
