  • Responsible for processing client service billing.
  • Manage outstanding bills and handle related telephone calls.
  • Identify and apply credits and received payments according to proper policy and procedure.
  • Gain a complete understanding of the billing system to be able to process, perform research and perform follow-up tasks as needed.
  • Must be able to work with Case Managers for the agency clients

Overview of Required Skills/Traits:

  • Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel (ability to create and update spreadsheets), and Outlook.
  • Candidate must be detail oriented and have the ability to analyze account data.
  • Candidate must have the ability to provide excellent customer service over the telephone.
