Job Description

We are looking to interview a Bilingual Office Manager Candidates for our client in Ft. Lauderdale:


Locations: Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
Pay: $40-45k per year (Based on experience)
Hours: Full Time hours, M-F



Description:

  • Create and send custom reports and spreadsheets
  • Manage and assist with client relationships, vendors and landlords
  • Create and send estimates, receipts and invoices into QuickBooks
  • Manage scheduling with clients and landlords alike
  • Enter expense reports via QuickBooks
  • Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable


Job Requirements:

  • Must have 3 years of experience with Office Administrative roles
  • MUST BE proficient with QuickBooks
  • Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish/English
  • AP/AR Experience required
  • Must pass a background check and drug test
