Position Summary

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will work the front desk.

Education And Experience/Qualifications

High School diploma and one year of progressively responsible work experience is required.

Experience with Microsoft Office products, other software programs, and office equipment such as fax, copiers, and scanners is preferable.
MUST speak and write Spanish

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Greets and communicates in a positive, professional and effective manner with clients, staff and referral sources, assessing the needs of each and triaging calls as necessary.

Processing payments.

Processing client registrations..

Enters data in a timely and accurate manner for ongoing reporting.

Schedules all appointments.

Answering phones.

Makes confirmation calls and backfills no/show and cancelled slots by patients/staff according to specified guidelines.

This is a full-time role. Monday - Friday from Monday-Thursday 12 pm - 8 pm and Friday 9 am - 5 pm.
