Responsibilities:

  • Support team of 10-14 call center representatives
  • Assist with problem escalation
  • Pull reports and hold team accountable to metrics
  • Help set goals for team and drive results
  • Mentor and train as needed
  • Jump in and speak to customers as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years call center management experience
  • Must be bilingual - Spanish or Portuguese
  • Youthful passion with mature nature and professionalism
  • Driver of employee engagement
  • Can lead by example
