Job Description


Our client, a well known airline, is looking for a bilingual entry-level administrative assistant. Here is a brief description of the job:
Employment: Full Time/Contract
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL near FLL Airport
Pay: $13 an hour
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Monday through Friday (Schedule may vary but will always be full time hours)
Job Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls
  • Filing and documenting assigned paperwork
  • Responding to emails using Outlook
  • Accurately record of numbers and figures for customers and clients
  • Verifying paperwork and numbers regarding billing and accounting
  • Demonstrating knowledge of clerical work in a fast pace environment
  • Data entry in spreadsheets regarding customer/client information (Must be very knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel/Word)


Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 to 2 years of Admin/Clerical work experience
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Must be punctual and on time ALWAYS.
  • Must be able to easily adapt and communicate well to others.
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH
  • MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST
