Inside / Internal Sales - Full-time

Business Development Representative - Sales

Reports To:
BDC Manager

Essential Duties:
  • Respond to Internet leads/inquiries in a timely & professional manner
  • Confirm upcoming sales appointments
  • Manage personal customer base
  • Perform missed appointments calls & appointment reminder calls
  • Direct traffic to the business and performs excellent customer service
  • Perform long-term unsold + unappointed Follow-up with potential customers
  • Educate yourself on product knowledge to achieve the best customer relations result

Job Skills & Requirements
  • Must be willing and able to handle high call volume,
    • 60-80+ outbound/inbound calls per day
  • Must have excellent communication skills
    • Good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice
  • Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems
    • CRM - will train
  • Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations
    • Energetic, motivated, positive, and professional
  • Phone experience at any level is preferred but not required.
    • Call Center experience a plus
    • We "sell" our time, appointments, not vehicles.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and closing skills when securing appointments
    • Pleasant and engaging phone personal
  • Dealership experience preferred but not required
  • Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction
    • Customer Service field experience a plus
  • Willing and able to follow a script

Requirements/Working Conditions
  • Sitting at a desk, working with a computer and talking on the telephone.
  • Communicating with various customers & dealership personnel throughout the work day.
