Position Summary:

The National Recruiting Center Associate Recruiter role is responsible for utilizing internal and external tools to source qualified talent for the purpose of filling client requirements and updating/building SNI's candidate database.

Essential Functions:

  • Participate in the job order lifecycle to include creating, posting, updating open orders
  • Perform candidate searches utilizing internal and external tools
  • Document sourcing/recruiting activities
  • Handle/Make high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Arranging and coordinating interviews of the candidates with the clients or field offices.
  • Assembling and maintaining necessary employee documentation
  • Managed multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
  • Build and update the internal candidate database
  • Screen candidates for open positions
  • Read, Edit, Proofread & Format candidate resumes and create candidate profile summaries for presentation
  • Present offers as well as Conduct Exit Interviews
  • Additional Functions as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others both written and verbally
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks assigned to meet deadlines
  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience utilizing web applications
  • Maintain a customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Consistently adherence to explicit production standards
  • A self-starter with a high sense of urgency
  • Great attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment


Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm, $14/hour
