Job Description

SNI Companies is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support an Account Manager in the downtown Orlando area. The Administrative Assistant will provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service and support to designated accounts.

  • Assists in the gathering, analysis and quality control of data to assist the Account Manager in marketing and related processes.
  • Appropriately files, archives and organizes historical data to ensure proper records retention.
  • Follows timelines and activities tracked in service calendars.
  • Prepares certificates of insurance and related requests for the agency.
  • Provides appropriate follow-up support for account managers where data, deliverables or executables are concerned.
  • Performs other client service functions as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Should be an assertive self-starter with the ability to assist others. Proficient in paperless, computer driven environments. Effective communication skills.

Other Requirements
Ability to use personal computer, calculator, agency automation system, and proficiency in various software programs including, but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.
