Job Description

Ideal role working from home for Home Healthcare company Headquartered in Historic Downtown St Petersburg.

Receive calls from customers (patients and family) regarding the need of care to be received, or the status of an upcoming visit from a Home Health Aid, or feedback on a visit that has already taken place.

Receive calls from employees (Home Health Aids) that need time off, or to make changes to their schedule.

Make calls to both parties to coordinate in-home visit. $15-16.00 per hour plus Benefits

Schedule: Sat to Wed. Off Thursday and Friday. The hours on weekends would be 8:30-5p and M-W early morning until early afternoon but both weekend days are a must.

This is the work from home position doing the actual coordinating on the phone. Internet connection required, equipment provided.
