We are partnering with a leading Electronic Manufacturing and Sales Development company in the Saint Pete/Clearwater area looking to add a sharp Administrative Assistant to support their Sales Manager.


Principal Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Reviewing sales consultant agreements, project reports and proposals
  • Handling travel arrangements and personal assistant duties
  • Data input, daily use of word Excel and Outlook
  • Expense reports and special projects
  • General Administrative duties to include distributing mail, following up on voicemails and special projects


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in support role
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and understand the importance of deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to stream line projects
  • Exceptional organization, writing and communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and interruptions while working on multiple projects with frequently changing priorities and deadlines
  • Microsoft Suite to include Publisher, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree a plus
