Position: Administrative Support / Office Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Contract (could go PERM after contract)

Candidate must be energetic and have strong interpersonal skills in dealing with clients in person and over the phone. Good organizational skills are helpful in accomplishing multiple tasks simultaneously. Accounting and tax knowledge would be helpful in understanding the administrative processes of a public accounting office.

General office duties include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative tasks/duties
  • Assembling tax returns
  • Filing (tax files, brokerage statements, etc.)
  • Faxing
  • Banking duties
  • Answering phones
  • Organizing office events, such as luncheons
  • Scanning tax documents and other relevant paperwork
