Job Description

SNI Companies has partnered with a growing Energy Company located in Southwest Houston who is in search of an Administrative Receptionist to support their team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of Receptionist and Administrative Support or relevant experience. Must be professional, outgoing, driven, willing and eager to help wherever needed. The pay rate for this position is $13/hr.

Work Schedule: M-F 8 am - 5 PM

Pay Rate: $13/hr

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner using a multi-line phone system (approximately 50 calls per day)
  • Greet office visitors (clients, investors, and vendors)
  • Handle incoming mail and faxes, sort & distribute to appropriate people
  • Data entry of invoices in accounting software
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Offer friendly, knowledgeable assistance to our clients, consultants and co-workers, and be willing and eager to help wherever needed.
  • Perform a variety of tasks such as: effectively direct calls, greet clients, maintain Outlook calendars and contacts, schedule meetings and provide administrative support for Engineers.


  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
  • Need to be punctual, dependable, and able to take initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Able to effectively and professionally communicate, both written and verbal
  • Willing to be a team member and to help out in any way required
  • Strong organization skills
